3. 嘧啶胺類

嘧啶(ding)胺(an)(an)(an)類化合物(wu)(wu)是90年(nian)代初開(kai)發的(de)(de)一類重要殺菌(jun)劑,對灰(hui)(hui)葡(pu)(pu)萄孢菌(jun)所致的(de)(de)各種病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)害有(you)(you)特效(xiao)。目前有(you)(you)4個品種商品化:甲基嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)、嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)、環(huan)丙(bing)嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)和(he)氟嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)。艾格福公(gong)司(si)(si)開(kai)發的(de)(de)甲基嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)具有(you)(you)保護、葉(xie)片(pian)穿(chuan)透(tou)及(ji)根部內吸活性,在田間藥(yao)(yao)效(xiao)試驗中,對葡(pu)(pu)萄、草霉(mei)、番茄、洋蔥(cong)、菜豆、豌豆、黃瓜、茄子及(ji)觀賞(shang)作(zuo)(zuo)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)灰(hui)(hui)霉(mei)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)以及(ji)蘋(pin)果(guo)黑(hei)(hei)星病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)有(you)(you)優異的(de)(de)防(fang)效(xiao),使用(yong)(yong)劑量為200~800g/hm2。日本組合化學工業(ye)公(gong)司(si)(si)和(he)石原化學工業(ye)公(gong)司(si)(si)共同開(kai)發的(de)(de)嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)對蘋(pin)果(guo)和(he)梨上黑(hei)(hei)星病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)菌(jun),黃瓜、葡(pu)(pu)萄、草莓和(he)番茄上的(de)(de)灰(hui)(hui)葡(pu)(pu)萄孢菌(jun)有(you)(you)很好的(de)(de)防(fang)效(xiao),使用(yong)(yong)劑量為0.1~1.0kg/hm2,商品名為Frupica。諾華公(gong)司(si)(si)開(kai)發的(de)(de)環(huan)丙(bing)嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于大麥(mai)(mai)、小麥(mai)(mai)、葡(pu)(pu)萄、草莓、果(guo)樹(shu)、蔬菜、觀賞(shang)作(zuo)(zuo)物(wu)(wu)等(deng)防(fang)治灰(hui)(hui)霉(mei)病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)、白(bai)粉病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)、黑(hei)(hei)星病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)、網(wang)斑病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)、穎(ying)枯病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)以及(ji)小麥(mai)(mai)眼紋病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)等(deng)。葉(xie)面噴霧或種子處理,也可作(zuo)(zuo)大麥(mai)(mai)種衣劑用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)(yao)。日本宇部興產公(gong)司(si)(si)和(he)日產公(gong)司(si)(si)共同開(kai)發的(de)(de)氟嘧菌(jun)胺(an)(an)(an)主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于防(fang)治小麥(mai)(mai)、大麥(mai)(mai)和(he)觀賞(shang)作(zuo)(zuo)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)白(bai)粉病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)和(he)銹病(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)等(deng)。

嘧(mi)(mi)啶(ding)胺(an)類殺菌劑(ji)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用機制獨特,該類藥劑(ji)在離體條件(jian)下對(dui)病(bing)菌的(de)(de)抗(kang)(kang)菌性很(hen)弱,但用于(yu)寄主(zhu)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)上卻(que)表現很(hen)好的(de)(de)防治效果,該類藥劑(ji)能抑(yi)(yi)制病(bing)菌甲硫氨(an)(an)酸的(de)(de)生物(wu)(wu)合(he)成和(he)(he)細胞壁降(jiang)解(jie)酶(mei)的(de)(de)分泌,從而影響病(bing)菌侵入(ru)寄主(zhu)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)。如甲基(ji)嘧(mi)(mi)菌胺(an)和(he)(he)嘧(mi)(mi)菌胺(an)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用機理(li)是(shi)抑(yi)(yi)制病(bing)原(yuan)菌蛋(dan)白(bai)質分泌,包(bao)括降(jiang)低一(yi)些水解(jie)酶(mei)水平,據推(tui)測這些酶(mei)與病(bing)原(yuan)菌進入(ru)寄主(zhu)植(zhi)物(wu)(wu)并引(yin)起寄主(zhu)組織的(de)(de)壞死有(you)關。環丙嘧(mi)(mi)菌胺(an)是(shi)蛋(dan)氨(an)(an)酸生物(wu)(wu)合(he)成的(de)(de)抑(yi)(yi)制劑(ji),同三唑(zuo)(zuo)類、咪唑(zuo)(zuo)類、嗎啉類、二(er)羧酰亞類、苯基(ji)吡咯類殺菌劑(ji)無交互抗(kang)(kang)性,對(dui)敏(min)感或抗(kang)(kang)性病(bing)原(yuan)菌均有(you)優異的(de)(de)活性。

4. 甲氧基丙烯(xi)酸酯類
