農用薄膜
中國(guo)自生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)用(yong)(yong)塑(su)料(liao)薄膜(mo)至今,取得了兩個世界第一(yi),即產(chan)(chan)量(liang)(liang)第一(yi)和覆(fu)(fu)蓋面積(ji)第一(yi),大致相(xiang)當于世界其他國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)總和的(de)(de)(de)1.6倍。農(nong)(nong)(nong)用(yong)(yong)塑(su)料(liao)薄膜(mo)主要是(shi)棚(peng)膜(mo)和地(di)膜(mo),另外還包括遮陽(yang)網(wang)、防蟲網(wang)、飼(si)草(cao)用(yong)(yong)膜(mo)以及(ji)農(nong)(nong)(nong)用(yong)(yong)無紡布等(deng)。塑(su)料(liao)薄膜(mo)廣泛用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)日光(guang)溫室、塑(su)料(liao)大棚(peng)及(ji)各種(zhong)塑(su)料(liao)小拱(gong)棚(peng)的(de)(de)(de)覆(fu)(fu)蓋材料(liao)。棚(peng)膜(mo)年耗用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)已達70萬(wan)噸,覆(fu)(fu)蓋面積(ji)達5000萬(wan)畝(mu);地(di)膜(mo)年消耗量(liang)(liang)約45萬(wan)噸,覆(fu)(fu)蓋面積(ji)在2.2億(yi)畝(mu)以上(shang)。隨著農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科學技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)迅(xun)速發展,對農(nong)(nong)(nong)膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)需求(qiu)量(liang)(liang)將會(hui)繼(ji)續增長(chang)。據(ju)不完全統(tong)計,目前(qian)全行業(ye)擁有(you)農(nong)(nong)(nong)膜(mo)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業(ye)近千家(jia)(jia)(jia),生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)力達200萬(wan)噸以上(shang),其中年生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能(neng)力萬(wan)噸以上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)約60家(jia)(jia)(jia),大型(xing)骨干企(qi)業(ye)約30家(jia)(jia)(jia)。
棚膜(mo)(mo)覆蓋(gai)栽(zai)培技術早在50年(nian)代(dai)末期就已(yi)經開始應(ying)用,該(gai)技術不僅能促進作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)生長,使作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)增產,而(er)且(qie)實現了果(guo)蔬在寒冷季節的栽(zai)培。棚膜(mo)(mo)按照功能分(fen)有:長壽(shou)命膜(mo)(mo)、無滴膜(mo)(mo)、保溫膜(mo)(mo)、轉光(guang)膜(mo)(mo)、漫散(san)射膜(mo)(mo)、反光(guang)膜(mo)(mo)等。我國(guo)目(mu)前棚膜(mo)(mo)材(cai)料以聚(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)(PE)為主,另有部分(fen)聚(ju)(ju)氯乙(yi)烯(xi)(PVC)、乙(yi)烯(xi)/乙(yi)酸乙(yi)烯(xi)(EVA)、茂金屬聚(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)(mPE),國(guo)外還(huan)有用聚(ju)(ju)對苯二甲酸乙(yi)二醇(chun)酯(PET),聚(ju)(ju)碳酸酯(PC)、聚(ju)(ju)四氟(fu)乙(yi)烯(xi)(PTFE)制備棚膜(mo)(mo),雖然性能優異,但(dan)是(shi)由于價格昂(ang)貴,用量較少(shao)。
塑料地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)能(neng)起到保(bao)溫(wen)護根、防凍、保(bao)墑、調(diao)節(jie)光照(zhao)、節(jie)水、除(chu)草,以(yi)及控制(zhi)土壤鹽堿度的(de)作(zuo)用,進(jin)而促進(jin)作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)早熟,提(ti)高作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)產量(liang)和(he)質量(liang)。地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)按照(zhao)功能(neng)分有:普通無(wu)色(se)透(tou)明膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(又稱有滴(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo))、無(wu)滴(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(又稱流滴(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo))、光效膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(包(bao)括(kuo)有色(se)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)和(he)轉(zhuan)光膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo))、除(chu)草膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)、保(bao)溫(wen)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)、可降解膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)、耐老(lao)化(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)、滲水膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(包(bao)括(kuo)小孔膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)和(he)微孔膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo))等。我(wo)國目前地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)材料以(yi)聚乙烯(xi)(PE)為(wei)主,另(ling)有部分聚氯(lv)乙烯(xi)(PVC)。雖然乙烯(xi)/乙酸乙烯(xi)(EVA)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)與PE膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)相比,保(bao)溫(wen)性(xing)、透(tou)明性(xing)好(hao),與無(wu)滴(di)劑有較好(hao)的(de)相容性(xing),拉伸性(xing)好(hao)而易成膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo),且(qie)耐老(lao)化(hua)(hua)、耐沖擊,但(dan)由(you)于價格較貴(gui),用量(liang)較少。若其成本降低,預計用量(liang)會(hui)逐步(bu)增加。
1、長壽命耐老化薄膜
吹膜設備
我(wo)國(guo)(guo)生產的(de)(de)耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)多為(wei)較(jiao)(jiao)薄(bo)型(xing)棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(厚(hou)度(du)為(wei)0.06mm~0.10mm),其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)一般達到(dao)1.5~2年(nian)(nian),與國(guo)(guo)外(wai)較(jiao)(jiao)厚(hou)(厚(hou)度(du)為(wei)0. 18mm~0.20mm)的(de)(de)棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)相比,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)尚(shang)有較(jiao)(jiao)大差距(ju),如日(ri)本的(de)(de)PVC長壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)2~3年(nian)(nian),PET膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)10年(nian)(nian)。通(tong)過優化(hua)(hua)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)材(cai)料和(he)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)延長棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)。具體(ti)來(lai)說,在(zai)優化(hua)(hua)基礎樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)材(cai)料方面,農膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生產企業(ye)(ye)往往以(yi)熔體(ti)流動速(su)率(MFR)為(wei)依(yi)據,選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)分子量較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)、分子量分布較(jiao)(jiao)窄、支鏈數較(jiao)(jiao)少的(de)(de)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)來(lai)生產耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)PE棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)。此外(wai),基礎樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)(de)過渡金屬離子殘(can)留量、結晶形態和(he)結晶度(du)等也是優化(hua)(hua)功能化(hua)(hua)棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)重要指標,如北京燕山石(shi)化(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、齊魯石(shi)化(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、天津聯合(he)化(hua)(hua)學公(gong)(gong)司(si)等已(yi)經開發出(chu)了用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于功能性(xing)(xing)PE棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生產的(de)(de)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi);在(zai)添加(jia)復(fu)合(he)無毒光(guang)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji),開發高(gao)(gao)效耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)方面,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)已(yi)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)十多年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)GW540/2002耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi),因(yin)有嚴重刺激性(xing)(xing)和(he)致敏性(xing)(xing),需要逐步被無毒耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)替代。國(guo)(guo)外(wai)的(de)(de)無毒聚合(he)型(xing)受(shou)(shou)(shou)阻胺(an)光(guang)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji)目(mu)前已(yi)相繼進(jin)入我(wo)國(guo)(guo)市場(chang),其(qi)中(zhong)有瑞士(shi)汽(qi)巴精化(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、美(mei)國(guo)(guo)氰特公(gong)(gong)司(si)、瑞士(shi)科(ke)萊恩(en)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、意(yi)(yi)大利(li)3VSigma公(gong)(gong)司(si)等,但國(guo)(guo)外(wai)推(tui)出(chu)的(de)(de)聚合(he)型(xing)受(shou)(shou)(shou)阻胺(an)光(guang)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji)價格較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)大部分廠家還難以(yi)承受(shou)(shou)(shou)。北京市化(hua)(hua)學工業(ye)(ye)研究院推(tui)出(chu)的(de)(de)BW6911新型(xing)光(guang)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji)和(he)6911/B215耐(nai)(nai)老(lao)(lao)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi),不(bu)僅性(xing)(xing)能優異,而且價格便宜。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)該體(ti)系(xi)生產的(de)(de)聚烯烴棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)在(zai)東(dong)北、華北、西南(nan)地區應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)后(hou)都取得了令人滿意(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)效果,較(jiao)(jiao)好地克服了“背板效應(ying)”,延長了棚(peng)(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming),值得進(jin)一步推(tui)廣應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。
地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)對耐(nai)老(lao)化(hua)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)要求(qiu)沒有棚膜(mo)(mo)高(gao)。在(zai)(zai)塑料(liao)地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)中(zhong),PVC是最(zui)早使用(yong)的(de)地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)樹(shu)脂(zhi),具(ju)有強度(du)高(gao)、抗(kang)紫外(wai)線(xian)、耐(nai)老(lao)化(hua)、透明性(xing)和(he)保溫性(xing)好(hao)的(de)特點(dian),但(dan)是因(yin)為密(mi)度(du)大、膜(mo)(mo)厚、配方工藝復雜、成本高(gao),已經(jing)逐漸(jian)被PE膜(mo)(mo)替代。目前(qian),除東(dong)北三省和(he)山東(dong)部分(fen)地(di)(di)區外(wai),其(qi)它地(di)(di)區幾乎都使用(yong)PE膜(mo)(mo)。在(zai)(zai)PE地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)中(zhong),HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE這三種(zhong)聚乙(yi)烯均(jun)有應用(yong),其(qi)中(zhong),HDPE強度(du)高(gao),但(dan)是不(bu)耐(nai)老(lao)化(hua);LDPE強度(du)低,但(dan)透光性(xing)好(hao);LLDPE強度(du)好(hao)且耐(nai)老(lao)化(hua),所以LLDPE最(zui)適合做地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)材料(liao)。考(kao)慮到成本,我國耐(nai)老(lao)化(hua)PE地(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)料(liao)多以70%的(de)LLDPE與(yu)LDPE共混。
2、防霧流滴膜
有滴(di)(di)(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)內(nei)溫度(du)高(gao),適用于春(chun)秋(qiu)兩(liang)季,對(dui)喜溫作(zuo)物(wu)效(xiao)(xiao)果好(hao)(hao),缺點(dian)是(shi)(shi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)內(nei)易形成霧(wu)(wu)滴(di)(di)(di)(di),影響透(tou)光(guang)。無滴(di)(di)(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(又稱流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo))表(biao)面(mian)含(han)親水物(wu)質,膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)內(nei)水滴(di)(di)(di)(di)順膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)流下,濕度(du)低(di),透(tou)光(guang)性(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao),膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)內(nei)外溫差(cha)大(da),性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)普遍優于有滴(di)(di)(di)(di)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)。為(wei)了改善膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),一般可以(yi)通過對(dui)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)進(jin)行表(biao)面(mian)極性(xing)(xing)改性(xing)(xing)或(huo)是(shi)(shi)添加流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)劑(ji)(ji),在應用時往往同時添加或(huo)在膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)表(biao)面(mian)涂(tu)覆(fu)流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)劑(ji)(ji)與防霧(wu)(wu)劑(ji)(ji),即(ji)使(shi)之兼有防霧(wu)(wu)和流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng),從而(er)進(jin)一步(bu)提高(gao)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)透(tou)光(guang)性(xing)(xing)。流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)劑(ji)(ji)為(wei)多種非離子型(xing)表(biao)面(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)(ji)復配物(wu),消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)劑(ji)(ji)為(wei)特殊型(xing)表(biao)面(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)(ji),如(ru)含(han)氟表(biao)面(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)(ji)和/或(huo)含(han)硅表(biao)面(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑(ji)(ji)。研究發現,流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)劑(ji)(ji)與消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)“配合效(xiao)(xiao)應”至關(guan)重(zhong)要(yao)。北京市(shi)化學(xue)工業研究院和臨安(an)市(shi)塑料化工助劑(ji)(ji)廠都開(kai)發出了流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)效(xiao)(xiao)果良好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)體(ti)系(xi)。涂(tu)覆(fu)型(xing)流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)劑(ji)(ji)原來(lai)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)了起到補效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,以(yi)使(shi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)和壽命能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)盡量(liang)同步(bu),而(er)目前對(dui)于涂(tu)覆(fu)型(xing)流滴(di)(di)(di)(di)消(xiao)霧(wu)(wu)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)開(kai)發,已經成為(wei)制取(qu)功能(neng)(neng)化棚(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)途(tu)徑之一。
3、光效膜
對(dui)于棚膜(mo)(mo)來說(shuo),為了(le)獲取促進作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)生長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)陽光(guang)(guang)(guang),往(wang)往(wang)在膜(mo)(mo)中添加轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji),而在地膜(mo)(mo)中則較少(shao)使用(yong)(yong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji),更多使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)是有(you)(you)(you)(you)色膜(mo)(mo)。在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)方面(mian),只有(you)(you)(you)(you)以轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)綠光(guang)(guang)(guang)為主(zhu)才(cai)能(neng)真正發(fa)(fa)(fa)揮(hui)光(guang)(guang)(guang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。目前已在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)棚膜(mo)(mo)生產中應(ying)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)(you)(you)(you)稀土轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji)或有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)熒光(guang)(guang)(guang)顏料組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji)。湖南師范(fan)大學發(fa)(fa)(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)材料研究室開發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)“單基(ji)雙(shuang)能(neng)稀土轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)劑(ji)”具有(you)(you)(you)(you)將(jiang)紫(zi)外(wai)光(guang)(guang)(guang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為藍光(guang)(guang)(guang)和紅光(guang)(guang)(guang)并將(jiang)綠光(guang)(guang)(guang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為紅光(guang)(guang)(guang)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng),具有(you)(you)(you)(you)較好的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)效果(guo)。有(you)(you)(you)(you)些(xie)企業(ye)生產的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)棚膜(mo)(mo)還被稱(cheng)為高光(guang)(guang)(guang)能(neng)膜(mo)(mo)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)生態膜(mo)(mo)、高光(guang)(guang)(guang)質膜(mo)(mo)等。北京(jing)華盾塑料公司開發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)高光(guang)(guang)(guang)能(neng)棚膜(mo)(mo)具有(you)(you)(you)(you)激發(fa)(fa)(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)譜(pu)和發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)譜(pu)較寬(kuan)的(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),藍光(guang)(guang)(guang)區(qu)(420nm~460nm)和紅光(guang)(guang)(guang)區(qu)(620nm~660nm)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)譜(pu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)較高的(de)(de)(de)相對(dui)發(fa)(fa)(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)強度。由于藍紫(zi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)利于作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)生長(chang)(chang),紅光(guang)(guang)(guang)能(neng)促進果(guo)實形成(cheng),因此可使作(zuo)物(wu)(wu)(wu)提前成(cheng)熟,前期產量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)高,有(you)(you)(you)(you)較好的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)產增(zeng)(zeng)收效果(guo)。

地(di)(di)膜(mo)中有(you)(you)色(se)(se)膜(mo)的品種較多,以(yi)適(shi)用于不同作物。如紫色(se)(se)膜(mo)能透過紅、藍光(guang)并吸收綠光(guang),可提高菠菜產(chan)量,延長(chang)(chang)上市期(qi);紅色(se)(se)膜(mo)能透過紅光(guang)和藍光(guang),促進(jin)黃瓜生長(chang)(chang);銀灰色(se)(se)膜(mo)和鋁(lv)箔反(fan)光(guang)膜(mo)具有(you)(you)較強光(guang)反(fan)射作用,能驅蚜蟲(chong)、保地(di)(di)溫、對光(guang)照不足的作物果實背面(mian)(mian)進(jin)行補光(guang)、促進(jin)果實著色(se)(se)、提高果實產(chan)量和含(han)糖量。有(you)(you)色(se)(se)地(di)(di)膜(mo)材料一般為(wei)PE,也(ye)有(you)(you)少量PVC,顏料是(shi)(shi)以(yi)色(se)(se)母粒的形式進(jin)行添(tian)加(jia)。各類有(you)(you)色(se)(se)地(di)(di)膜(mo)多為(wei)單(dan)層膜(mo),除(chu)了鋁(lv)箔反(fan)光(guang)膜(mo)和黑白雙(shuang)面(mian)(mian)地(di)(di)膜(mo)為(wei)復合膜(mo)。無論(lun)是(shi)(shi)轉光(guang)棚(peng)膜(mo),還(huan)是(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)色(se)(se)地(di)(di)膜(mo),都(dou)朝(chao)著高效能和專用化方面(mian)(mian)發(fa)展。
4、多功能復合膜
隨著(zhu)生產技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao),農(nong)膜(mo)(mo)向(xiang)著(zhu)可(ke)同時滿足長(chang)壽命、保(bao)溫、消(xiao)霧、透(tou)光性(xing)(xing)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)功能性(xing)(xing)薄膜(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)發展。先進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)層共擠復合吹膜(mo)(mo)工藝(yi)(yi)技(ji)術已(yi)在(zai)(zai)較多(duo)(duo)企業(ye)(ye)生產中得到成(cheng)功應(ying)用。有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)采用內冷裝置(zhi)提高(gao)了(le)寬幅(fu)吹塑(su)膜(mo)(mo)泡(pao)(pao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)(xing)及(ji)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)透(tou)明(ming)性(xing)(xing),并(bing)改善(shan)了(le)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)滴(di)性(xing)(xing);有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)已(yi)采用國產三(san)層復合寬幅(fu)吹膜(mo)(mo)機(ji)組,能夠生產寬度12m~20m的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能性(xing)(xing)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo);一些企業(ye)(ye)改進(jin)(jin)了(le)吹塑(su)膜(mo)(mo)泡(pao)(pao)插疊機(ji)構和(he)牽(qian)引卷取技(ji)術,有效(xiao)地解決了(le)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)折疊部(bu)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蠕變問題,提高(gao)了(le)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)平整性(xing)(xing);有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)改進(jin)(jin)了(le)母料(liao)制造工藝(yi)(yi)、樹脂(zhi)與母料(liao)混(hun)合工藝(yi)(yi)及(ji)擠出(chu)工藝(yi)(yi)技(ji)術,使功能助劑(ji)在(zai)(zai)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)中分散得更均勻、更穩定,從而提高(gao)了(le)功能性(xing)(xing)棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量。如添加了(le)流(liu)滴(di)消(xiao)霧體系和(he)無機(ji)保(bao)溫劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)EVA多(duo)(duo)功能三(san)層復合棚(peng)(peng)膜(mo)(mo)(厚度為0.10mm)在(zai)(zai)遼寧省沈陽市郊區(qu)、遼中縣和(he)鞍山地區(qu)等覆(fu)蓋(gai)越冬效(xiao)果較好(hao)。
5、可降解農膜
為了解決農膜的白色污染問題,除了加強對耐老化農膜的回收以外,更重要的是加強對降解地膜的開發與應用,這也是農膜的一個發展趨勢。傳統的可降解地膜主要是通過共混法制備,即在聚乙烯樹脂中摻入可被生物降解的物質,或者添加光降解劑等其它成分,使其在使用中可局部先發生破裂,進而大片薄膜變成不被注意的小碎片進入土壤,然而這只是將顯形污染變成隱形污染,而并未從根本上解決土壤污染的問題。目前可降解地膜開發的熱點是用其它結構的可降解高分子材料來替代加入光降解劑的聚烯烴,或者將新型可降解材料與聚烯烴、降解劑共混,把生物降解和光降解結合起來,提高降解效率和可控性,從而從根本上解決降解不完全的問題。
