一、發生趨勢
根據去秋(qiu)殘蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)基數和(he)今春蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)卵調查結(jie)果(guo),結(jie)合氣象(xiang)、生(sheng)態等(deng)因素綜合分析,預計2018年東亞(ya)飛蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)(夏蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang))在(zai)(zai)我省(sheng)為偏(pian)輕發(fa)(fa)生(sheng),永濟、芮(rui)城局部有(you)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)高(gao)密度點片(pian)的可(ke)能(neng);發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)面(mian)(mian)積28.5萬畝(mu)(mu),需防治(zhi)(zhi)面(mian)(mian)積10萬畝(mu)(mu),發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)面(mian)(mian)積和(he)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)程度與常年接近;蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)蝻出土(tu)盛期在(zai)(zai)5月(yue)中(zhong)下(xia)旬(xun),防治(zhi)(zhi)適期在(zai)(zai)6月(yue)上(shang)中(zhong)旬(xun)。土(tu)蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)在(zai)(zai)我省(sheng)北部常發(fa)(fa)區為中(zhong)等(deng)、局部偏(pian)重發(fa)(fa)生(sheng),發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)面(mian)(mian)積228萬畝(mu)(mu),需防治(zhi)(zhi)面(mian)(mian)積76.8萬畝(mu)(mu),總體發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)程度接近上(shang)年;主要發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)區域在(zai)(zai)大同(tong)火山群、朔州洪濤山沿線和(he)滹沱河沿岸;蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)(huang)蝻出土(tu)盛期在(zai)(zai)5月(yue)中(zhong)下(xia)旬(xun),防治(zhi)(zhi)適期在(zai)(zai)6月(yue)上(shang)中(zhong)旬(xun)。
二、預報依據
1、蟲源基數
東亞飛蝗(huang)秋(qiu)(qiu)殘蝗(huang)2.5萬畝,低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。東亞飛蝗(huang)春季(ji)挖卵(luan)(luan)調(diao)查600個(ge)樣(yang)點,有卵(luan)(luan)樣(yang)點5個(ge),有卵(luan)(luan)樣(yang)點率(lv)0.83%。平(ping)均(jun)(jun)(jun)蝗(huang)卵(luan)(luan)密(mi)度(du)為(wei)0.38粒/m2,低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)和(he)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。最高(gao)蝗(huang)卵(luan)(luan)密(mi)度(du)為(wei)54粒/m2,低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)和(he)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。蝗(huang)卵(luan)(luan)越(yue)(yue)冬(dong)(dong)死亡率(lv)為(wei)8%,明顯(xian)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)和(he)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。土蝗(huang)秋(qiu)(qiu)殘蝗(huang)面積(ji)130萬畝,接近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。3月下旬挖卵(luan)(luan)調(diao)查樣(yang)點135個(ge),有卵(luan)(luan)樣(yang)點28個(ge),多集中在(zai)大同、朔州(zhou),卵(luan)(luan)越(yue)(yue)冬(dong)(dong)死亡率(lv)為(wei)6.8%,低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi);每平(ping)方(fang)米平(ping)均(jun)(jun)(jun)卵(luan)(luan)粒數(shu)為(wei)20.7粒,低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)和(he)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi),最高(gao)為(wei)78粒,明顯(xian)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)和(he)近(jin)五(wu)(wu)(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)(jun)值(zhi)。
2、氣候條件
據山西(xi)省(sheng)氣象臺預報(bao):2018年(nian)全省(sheng)東亞飛蝗(huang)發(fa)生區降水(shui)量與常(chang)年(nian)同期比,5月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)偏(pian)少(shao)2~4成,6月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)運城西(xi)部(bu)偏(pian)多1~2成;土(tu)蝗(huang)發(fa)生區5月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)除大(da)同東部(bu)偏(pian)多外,北中(zhong)部(bu)大(da)部(bu)降水(shui)偏(pian)少(shao)2~4成,6月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)北中(zhong)部(bu)大(da)部(bu)降水(shui)偏(pian)少(shao)1~2成。月(yue)(yue)平均(jun)氣溫,5月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)大(da)部(bu)分地區較常(chang)年(nian)偏(pian)高0~1℃,6月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)北、中(zhong)部(bu)較常(chang)年(nian)偏(pian)低0~1℃。5月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)偏(pian)高的氣溫有(you)利于蝗(huang)卵發(fa)育,北部(bu)干旱的氣候條件有(you)利于土(tu)蝗(huang)加重(zhong)發(fa)生為害。
3、生態條件
桃花汛(xun)期,我省(sheng)東(dong)亞(ya)飛蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)主要蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)區過(guo)水面(mian)積在6萬畝以上,對(dui)(dui)蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)蟲的發生(sheng)有(you)(you)(you)一定不利(li)影響(xiang)。近年來(lai)黃河灘(tan)涂加速生(sheng)態(tai)改造(zao),農田面(mian)積擴(kuo)大,玉(yu)米、小(xiao)麥(mai)等喜食作(zuo)物增加,對(dui)(dui)東(dong)亞(ya)飛蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)適生(sheng)環境有(you)(you)(you)一定破壞,但也為東(dong)亞(ya)飛蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)的發生(sheng)提供了食源,加之三門峽大壩調(diao)水調(diao)沙,造(zao)成(cheng)嫩(nen)灘(tan)、雞心灘(tan)、夾(jia)河灘(tan)增多,濕地(di)面(mian)積增加等因素形(xing)成(cheng)新的蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)蟲適生(sheng)地(di),對(dui)(dui)蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)蟲發生(sheng)高密度點片(pian)有(you)(you)(you)一定影響(xiang)。我省(sheng)北部(bu)土蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)區夾(jia)荒地(di)面(mian)積較大,高密度蝗(huang)(huang)(huang)卵點片(pian)明顯偏高,為局(ju)部(bu)重(zhong)發提供了有(you)(you)(you)利(li)條(tiao)件(jian)。
三、防控(kong)建議和措施
各級農(nong)業(ye)部(bu)門要(yao)加強對蝗(huang)(huang)蟲(chong)防(fang)控(kong)的組織領(ling)導,加大蝗(huang)(huang)情(qing)監(jian)測(ce)力度(du),及(ji)(ji)時發(fa)布預(yu)報,研究制定防(fang)控(kong)計劃,做好(hao)分(fen)類指(zhi)導工(gong)(gong)作。各蝗(huang)(huang)區要(yao)按時建(jian)立值班與蝗(huang)(huang)情(qing)報告制度(du),及(ji)(ji)早準(zhun)備防(fang)蝗(huang)(huang)物(wu)資,組建(jian)防(fang)蝗(huang)(huang)專業(ye)隊伍(wu),培訓(xun)防(fang)蝗(huang)(huang)人員,爭取(qu)防(fang)蝗(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)作的主動權(quan)。
1、生物防治技術:主要在中低密度發生區(飛蝗密度在5頭/m2以下和土蝗密度在20頭/m2以下)、湖庫及水源保護區、自然保護區,使用蝗蟲微孢子蟲、球孢白僵菌、苦參堿、印楝素等微生物農藥或(huo)植(zhi)物源農藥防(fang)(fang)治,使(shi)用蝗(huang)蟲微孢子(zi)蟲防(fang)(fang)治時,可(ke)單獨使(shi)用或(huo)與昆蟲蛻皮抑(yi)制劑混合進(jin)行防(fang)(fang)治。
2、生態(tai)控制技術(shu):內澇(lao)蝗區(qu)結合水(shui)位調節,采取造(zao)塘養魚、養鴨,改(gai)造(zao)植被條件,抑制蝗蟲發(fa)生;河泛蝗區(qu)在嫩灘搞(gao)好墾(ken)荒種(zhong)植和精耕(geng)細(xi)作,減(jian)(jian)少蝗蟲孳生環境(jing),降低(di)其(qi)暴發(fa)頻率。在土(tu)蝗常年重發(fa)區(qu),通過墾(ken)荒種(zhong)植、減(jian)(jian)少撂荒地面積,春秋(qiu)深(shen)耕(geng)細(xi)耙(耕(geng)深(shen)10~20厘米)等措施破壞土(tu)蝗產卵(luan)適生環境(jing),壓低(di)蟲源(yuan)基數,減(jian)(jian)輕發(fa)生程度。
3、化學(xue)藥(yao)劑防(fang)治(zhi)技術:在高(gao)密度蝗(huang)區(qu)和(he)農(nong)田(tian)周邊(bian)發生區(qu),要組織植保專業化防(fang)治(zhi)隊進行統(tong)防(fang)統(tong)治(zhi),及時(shi)有(you)效控(kong)制蝗(huang)蟲發生為(wei)害,確保實(shi)現“飛蝗(huang)不(bu)起飛成災,土蝗(huang)不(bu)擴散為(wei)害”的目標。可選用(yong)馬拉(la)硫磷、高(gao)氯·馬、阿(a)維(wei)·三唑磷等(deng)(deng)農(nong)藥(yao)。集中連片區(qu)域,提倡進行飛機(ji)防(fang)治(zhi),也(ye)可使用(yong)大型施藥(yao)器(qi)械開展(zhan)防(fang)治(zhi)。重點推廣(guang)超低(di)容(rong)量(liang)噴霧技術,在蘆葦、玉米等(deng)(deng)高(gao)稈作物田(tian)以及發生環境復雜(za)區(qu),重點推廣(guang)煙(yan)霧機(ji)防(fang)治(zhi),應(ying)選在清晨或(huo)傍晚進行。
注(zhu)意(yi):治蝗期間正值高溫季節,加強作業人員安全防護,防止農藥中毒(du)事故。
