1月中旬,從省供(gong)銷(xiao)(xiao)社傳來喜訊(xun):2007年該系統農(nong)業生產(chan)資料銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額完(wan)成(cheng)21.21億(yi)元,同比增長近1/4:其中化肥(fei)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額完(wan)成(cheng)13.4億(yi)元,農(nong)藥銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額完(wan)成(cheng)0.6億(yi)元,農(nong)用(yong)薄膜銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額完(wan)成(cheng)0.89億(yi)元,農(nong)用(yong)機(ji)械銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)總(zong)額完(wan)成(cheng)0.35億(yi)元。
山西省(sheng)是(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)資源大省(sheng),充(chong)足的貨(huo)源確保了山西省(sheng)2007年(nian)的化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)市場需求。3月(yue)份是(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)供應(ying)旺季,市場銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)出現(xian)了大幅增(zeng)(zeng)長的局面(mian),當(dang)月(yue)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)12.7萬噸,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長近(jin)10個(ge)百分點(dian);5月(yue)以來(lai),化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)保持穩步(bu)增(zeng)(zeng)長,上(shang)半年(nian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)長7.5%;進入7月(yue),化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)呈現(xian)高(gao)潮,當(dang)月(yue)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)8.34萬噸,增(zeng)(zeng)長19.4%;9月(yue)后(hou),由(you)于化(hua)(hua)(hua)肥(fei)(fei)價(jia)格(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang),農(nong)業生產(chan)資料銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)增(zeng)(zeng)幅減慢(man)。
各級(ji)(ji)供(gong)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)社抓住農(nong)民(min)(min)購買(mai)化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)積極(ji)性高漲(zhang)的有利(li)時機(ji),建立省級(ji)(ji)化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)儲備制度,認真(zhen)落(luo)實省政府文(wen)件(jian)精(jing)神,按照 "保供(gong)穩(wen)價(jia)"的要求,千方百計(ji)組織貨(huo)源(yuan),在滿足農(nong)民(min)(min)需要的基礎上(shang)(shang),積極(ji)開展送(song)貨(huo)上(shang)(shang)門,服(fu)務到家活動。尤其是(shi)山西省農(nong)資龍頭企業省農(nong)資公司實行(xing)"終端銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou),零距(ju)離服(fu)務",對穩(wen)定全省農(nong)資市場和銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)價(jia)格(ge)發揮(hui)了積極(ji)作用。僅硝酸(suan)磷肥(fei)一項,全年就為農(nong)民(min)(min)減少支出一千余萬(wan)元。
省供銷社還積極加快農資現代經營服務網絡建設,把農資連鎖經營作為"新網工程"的重要內容來抓,在全省已發展農資連鎖企業63個,農資連鎖店1877個,農資配送中心129個,各種農資配送車輛3000多輛,農資經紀人2600多人,實行統一采購、統一配送、統一管理、形成了以省農資公司為龍頭,各市縣農資公司為骨干的全省農資連鎖經營服務網絡,保持了在農資流通中繼續發揮主導作用的地位。
