腐植酸類農藥發展步伐亟待推進

科學(xue)(xue)研究不夠深入、缺少規(gui)范配(pei)伍規(gui)則(ze)、登記管(guan)理缺乏有效依據成為腐植(zhi)酸(suan)類農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)在中國(guo)發(fa)展的(de)三大制約因素。只(zhi)有建立完整的(de)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)科學(xue)(xue)試驗體系,制定腐植(zhi)酸(suan)與農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的(de)配(pei)伍標(biao)準,加強對(dui)腐植(zhi)酸(suan)類農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)產(chan)品(pin)創新(xin),才能推(tui)動中國(guo)腐植(zhi)酸(suan)類農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的(de)健康發(fa)展。這是記者12月25~26日在北京召(zhao)開第八屆(jie)全國(guo)綠色(se)環(huan)保肥料(農(nong)(nong)藥(yao))新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)產(chan)品(pin)交流會上(shang)獲得的(de)信(xin)息。


中國腐(fu)(fu)植(zhi)酸(suan)(suan)工業協會理事長(chang)曾憲成(cheng)表(biao)示,腐(fu)(fu)植(zhi)酸(suan)(suan)在肥(fei)料、農藥(yao)、保水劑、醫(yi)藥(yao)等諸(zhu)多領域(yu)得到應(ying)用,取得了(le)很(hen)多成(cheng)果,為低(di)碳經濟作出了(le)很(hen)大貢獻。未(wei)來腐(fu)(fu)植(zhi)酸(suan)(suan)的(de)發展(zhan)應(ying)該加強試驗(yan)示范和交流合作,以一種開放(fang)的(de)情懷(huai)分享(xiang)腐(fu)(fu)植(zhi)酸(suan)(suan)肥(fei)料、農藥(yao)、醫(yi)藥(yao)等領域(yu)的(de)科(ke)學成(cheng)果。


黑(hei)龍江省林(lin)業科學(xue)院研究員(yuan)許恩(en)光認為,腐植酸(suan)類(lei)(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)站在腐植酸(suan)巨(ju)人肩上的(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao),處于農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)端(duan),是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種最能體現時代特征的(de)(de)(de)(de)新型農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)。中(zhong)(zhong)國雖然腐植酸(suan)類(lei)(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)研究已有(you)很長時間,但是(shi)(shi)科學(xue)研究不夠(gou)深入、缺(que)少規范的(de)(de)(de)(de)配伍規則以(yi)及(ji)登記管理缺(que)乏有(you)效依據等(deng)影(ying)響了腐植酸(suan)類(lei)(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)在中(zhong)(zhong)國推廣。他強調,農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毒(du)性(xing)(xing)是(shi)(shi)決定農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)污染的(de)(de)(de)(de)核(he)心,減少農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)毒(du)性(xing)(xing)就可(ke)能降低(di)對(dui)人與其他生物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)損傷與環境(jing)污染。但是(shi)(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毒(du)性(xing)(xing)又是(shi)(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)所(suo)必須具備的(de)(de)(de)(de)特性(xing)(xing),農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)沒(mei)有(you)毒(du)性(xing)(xing)又如何防治(zhi)有(you)害生物(wu),這是(shi)(shi)一(yi)對(dui)矛盾,唯一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦法就是(shi)(shi)提高(gao)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)效,降低(di)用量和毒(du)性(xing)(xing),并(bing)讓農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毒(du)性(xing)(xing)都集中(zhong)(zhong)在靶標生物(wu),減少農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)在非靶標生物(wu)以(yi)及(ji)環境(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擴散(san)與存在,以(yi)避免傷及(ji)有(you)益生物(wu)與人類(lei)(lei)健(jian)康。


許恩光研究(jiu)員建議:首(shou)先,在腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)篩選試驗中,必須加(jia)強專家(jia)與群(qun)眾的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結合(he),提高(gao)試驗精度;其次(ci),腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測定標準與使用(yong)規(gui)范必須盡快出臺;再(zai)次(ci),要(yao)進一步加(jia)強腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎研究(jiu)、腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸原(yuan)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)及加(jia)工工藝需(xu)要(yao)創新,注重與腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸配(pei)伍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品種的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze),加(jia)強腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)多元復合(he)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu),探索(suo)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)劑(ji)型,進一步深入腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)作用(yong)機理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu);最后,還要(yao)加(jia)強與農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)登(deng)記管理(li)部(bu)(bu)門(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溝(gou)通,提高(gao)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)管理(li)部(bu)(bu)門(men)對腐(fu)植(zhi)(zhi)酸類(lei)農(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)科學認識。


據(ju)了解(jie),腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸與農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)配伍(wu)組成(cheng)的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)復合體,具(ju)有腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸與農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)雙重特性。腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸的(de)(de)親和(he)性、包容性、多種結構(gou)、多種功能團與農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)專(zhuan)一性相結合,構(gou)建(jian)了高效(xiao)、多功能的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao),具(ju)有農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)增效(xiao)、降低毒性、雙向(xiang)調節(jie)、刺激生長、改(gai)善品(pin)質以及環保(bao)作用。目前科學(xue)家(jia)已將(jiang)30多種農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)與腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸進行(xing)配伍(wu),起到了降低農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)用量、提高藥(yao)(yao)效(xiao)、減少環境污染的(de)(de)效(xiao)果(guo),但(dan)由于腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸分(fen)子結構(gou)復雜,原料(liao)來(lai)源(yuan)多樣,在(zai)(zai)生產、登(deng)記、使用上還存在(zai)(zai)很多問題,影響了腐植(zhi)(zhi)酸類農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)中國市場的(de)(de)發展。
